Dec. 1st, 2018: All wrapped up for the Season!

It's been a long, productive Fall but the mushrooms have finally stopped producing. Well, almost. Had enough of a harvest to showcase at the fantastic Food and Buyers Expo in Nelson last week, generously supported by the Columbia Basin Trust. Made some new friends and started getting excited for next season, when things will be getting bigger and better, again. Look for updates coming in the new year, and a whole bunch more fresh mushrooms in April 2019! Thanks so much for a fantastic season!
